USER AGREEMENT

This document named “User Agreement” (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) sets forth the rules and conditions for using the website https://so-znaniye.ru/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), administered by OMG LLC (OGRN (Primary State Registration Number) 1167746388699, INN (Taxpayer Identification Number) 7703409304, KPP (Tax Registration Reason Code) 771001001, address: 13 Vasilyevskaya Str., bldg. 2, office 8, floor 1, Moscow, 123056).
- GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. You hereby confirm that from the moment of registration on the Website and throughout the period of using the Website and its personalized services, you remain a User of the Website until you personally contact the Website administration with a request to terminate any relations with the Website.
1.2. By using the Website in any way and in any form within its declared functionality, including, but not limited to: a) viewing materials posted on the Website;
- b) registering and/or logging in to the Website, you enter into a contract under the terms of this Agreement in accordance with the provisions of Articles 437 and 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
1.3. By using any of the above functionalities of the Website, you confirm that:
- a) you have read the terms of this Agreement in full before using the Website;
- b) you accept all the terms of this Agreement in full without any exceptions or limitations on your part and undertake to comply with them or stop using the Website. If you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement or have no right to conclude a contract based on them, you must immediately stop any use of the Website;
- c) the Agreement (including any part thereof) may be amended by the Website without any special notice. The updated version of the Agreement shall enter into force from the moment it is posted on the Website or communicated to the User in another convenient form, unless otherwise provided by the updated version of the Agreement. By continuing to use the services of the Website after the amendments take effect, you thereby confirm your consent to them.
- General terms of using the Website
2.1. YOU HAVE A RIGHT TO
2.1.1. Use the Website to view, read, leave comments and other entries, and utilize other available functionalities of the Website, including by displaying on the monitor (screen) of a personal computer, mobile phone or other device;
2.1.2. Temporarily load into computer memory for the purpose of using the Website and its functionality;
2.1.3. Quote elements of the Website content with citation of the source, including a link to the Website URL;
2.1.4. Access information from the Website on the terms determined by the Website.
2.2. Any rights in relation to the Website and its elements not expressly granted to the User in accordance with this Agreement are reserved by the Website.
2.3. Nothing in this Agreement grants the User the right to use the Website’s trade name, trademarks, domain names, and other distinctive signs. The right to use the Website’s trade name, trademarks, domain names, and other distinctive signs may be granted solely under a written agreement with the Website.
2.4. The Website is provided “as is”, without warranty obligations or any obligation to correct defects, provide operational support and make improvements.
2.5. You are solely liable to third parties for your actions related to using the Website, including if such actions lead to the violation of rights and legitimate interests of third parties, as well as for non-compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation when using the Website.
- USER’S OBLIGATIONS WHEN USING THE WEBSITE
3.1. You agree not to use the Website services for the purpose of
3.1.1. uploading content that is illegal, violates any third-party rights; promotes violence, cruelty, hatred and/or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, or social status; contains inaccurate information and/or insults against specific individuals, organizations, government authorities;
3.1.2. inciting unlawful actions and assisting persons whose actions aim to violate restrictions and prohibitions in force in the territory of the Russian Federation;
3.1.3. violating the rights of minors and/or causing them harm in any form;
3.1.4. infringing on the rights of minorities;
3.1.5. impersonating another person or a representative of an organization and/or community without sufficient rights to do so, including impersonating employees of the Website;
3.1.6. uploading content that you are not entitled to make available under the legislation of the Russian Federation or under any contractual relations;
3.1.7. uploading content that affects and/or contains any patent, trademark, trade secret, trade name, copyright and related rights, as well as other intellectual property rights owned or lawfully used by third parties;
3.1.8. uploading advertising information and/or spam that is not specifically permitted;
3.1.9. collecting and processing personal data or information on the private life of any persons;
3.1.10. disrupting the normal operation of the Website;
3.1.11. violating Russian or international legal norms.
3.2. You shall refrain from copying in any form, and from changing, supplementing, distributing the Website or the Website content (or any part thereof), and refrain from creating derived objects based on it without the prior written consent of the Website.
- Privacy Policy
4.1. The terms of the Privacy Policy and the relations between you and the Website related to personal data processing are governed by Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006.

5.2. You also agree that the Website bears no responsibility for your personal data that you provide to third-party resources and/or other third parties if you access them from the Website.
5.3. You confirm that the Website shall not be liable for any loss and/or damage to data that may occur due to your violation of the provisions of this Agreement, as well as improper access and/or use of the Website’s personalized services.
5.4. Legal representatives of minors shall bear responsibility for the actions of minors.
5.5. You agree that the Website shall not be liable for temporary cessation of the Website’s operation, as well as partial restriction or complete termination of access to the Website until the completion of the necessary maintenance and/or modernization of the Website.
5.6. You agree that the Website shall not be liable for the content posted by Users that is available to other Users, as well as any opinions, recommendations or advice contained in such content. The Website does not conduct preliminary verification of the content, authenticity and safety of these materials or their components, as well as their compliance with the requirements of applicable law, and the necessary scope of rights for the User to use them without fail.
