USER AGREEMENT

This document “User Agreement” (hereinafter referred to as “Agreement”) represents an offer of OMG Limited Liability Company (OGRN 1167746388699, TIN 7703409304), posted on the website https://so-znaniye.ru/ (hereinafter referred to as “Site”), to enter into an agreement on the terms and conditions of the Agreement set forth below.
1. General Provisions
1.1 You hereby confirm that from the moment of registration on the Site and during the time of use of the Site, as well as personalized services of the Site, you are a User of the Site until your personal appeal to the administration of the Site with a request to withdraw from any relationship with the Site.
1.2 Your use of the Site by any means and in any form within its declared functionality, including, but not limited to: a) viewing of materials posted on the Site;
b) registration and/or authorization on the Site creates a contract on the terms of this Agreement in accordance with the provisions of Articles 437 and 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
1.3 By using any of the above mentioned opportunities to use the Site, you confirm that:
a) you have familiarized yourself with the terms of this Agreement in full before using the Site;
b) you accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement in full without any exceptions or limitations on your part and agree to comply with them or stop using the Site. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement or are not authorized to enter into a contract based on them, you should immediately cease all use of the Site;
c) The Agreement (including any of its parts) may be modified by the Site without any special notice. The new version of the Agreement comes into force from the moment of its posting on the Site or informing the User in any other convenient form, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Agreement. By continuing to use the services and facilities of the Site after the changes come into effect, you confirm your agreement with them. 2. General conditions of use of the Site
2.1 You have the right
2.1.1 Use the Site for viewing, familiarization, leaving comments and other records and implementation of other available functionality of the Site, including by playing on the monitor (screen) of a personal computer, cell phone or other device;
2.1.2. to load briefly into the computer memory for the purposes of using the Website and its functionality;
2.1.3. To quote elements of the Website content with indication of the source of quotation, including a link to the URL-address of the Website;
2.1.4. To get access to the information of the Site on the conditions determined by the Site.
2.2 Any rights in respect of the Site and its elements not expressly granted to the User in accordance with this Agreement shall be retained by the Site.
2.3 Nothing in this Agreement grants the User the right to use the trade name, trademarks, domain names and other distinctive signs of the Site. The right to use the trade name, trademarks, domain names and other distinctive signs of the Site may be granted only by written agreement with the Site.
2.4 The Site is provided in an “as is” condition, without warranty or any obligation to correct defects, maintenance and improvements.
2.5. You are independently liable to third parties for your actions related to the use of the Site, including if such actions will lead to violation of the rights and legitimate interests of third parties, as well as for non-compliance with the laws of the Russian Federation when using the Site.
3. Obligations of the User when using the Site
3.1 You agree not to use the Site services for the purpose of
3.1.1. download content that is illegal, violates any rights of third parties; promotes violence, cruelty, hatred and/or discrimination on racial, national, sexual, religious, social grounds; contains false information and/or insults to specific persons, organizations, authorities;
3.1.2. inducement to commit unlawful actions, as well as assistance to persons whose actions are aimed at violating restrictions and prohibitions in force in the territory of the Russian Federation;
3.1.3. violating the rights of minors and/or causing harm to them in any form;
3.1.4. infringement of the rights of minorities;
3.1.5. impersonation of another person or representative of an organization and/or community without sufficient rights, including employees of the Website;
3.1.6. uploading content that you have no right to make available under the laws of the Russian Federation or under any contractual relationship;
3.1.7. uploading content that affects and/or contains any patent, trademark, trade secret, trade name, copyright and related rights, as well as other rights to the results of intellectual activity owned or rightfully used by third parties;
3.1.8. uploading of advertising information and/or spam not specifically authorized;
3.1.9. collection and processing of personal data, information about private life of any persons;
3.1.10. violation of the normal operation of the Website;
3.1.11. violation of Russian or international legal norms.
3.2. You shall refrain from copying in any form, as well as from modifying, supplementing, distributing the Site, the Site content (or any part thereof), as well as refrain from creating derivative objects on its basis without the prior written consent of the Site. 4. Privacy Policy
4.1 The terms of the Privacy Policy and relations between you and the Site related to the processing of personal data are governed by the Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006. “On Personal Data”.
4.2 The Privacy Policy applies to personal data that the Site has received or may receive from you when you register on the Site and use the Site.

5. Liability
5.1 The Site services may contain links to other resources. You acknowledge and agree that the Site assumes no responsibility for the availability of these resources and for their content, as well as for any consequences associated with your use of the content of these resources.
5.2 You also agree that the Site is not responsible for your personal data that you provide to third-party resources and / or other third parties in case of transfer to them from the Site.
5.3 You confirm that the Site is not responsible for possible loss and/or corruption of data, which may occur due to your violation of the provisions of this Agreement, as well as improper access and/or use of personalized services of the Site.
5.4 Responsibility for the actions of minors lies with the legal representatives of minors.
5.5. You agree that the Site is not responsible for temporary discontinuation of the Site, as well as partial restriction or complete termination of access to the Site until the completion of the necessary maintenance and (or) modernization of the Site.
5.6 You agree that the Site is not responsible for the content of the content posted by Users, which is available to other Users, as well as any opinions, recommendations or advice contained in such content. The Site does not perform a preliminary check of the content, authenticity and safety of these materials or their components, as well as their compliance with the requirements of applicable law, and the presence of the User of the necessary scope of rights to use them in a mandatory manner.
