This Personal Data Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Policy”) is intended to provide unlimited access to information on the procedure and conditions for processing by OMG LLC (OGRN (Primary State Registration Number) 1167746388699, INN (Taxpayer Identification Number) 7703409304, location: 13 Vasilyevskaya Str., bldg. 2, room/floor 8/1, Moscow, 123056) (hereinafter referred to as the “Website Administration”) of personal information provided by individuals when using the website https://so-znaniye.ru/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).
When organizing and processing personal data, the Website Administration shall be guided by the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006 and other regulatory legal acts adopted in accordance with it.

- GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.2. By using the Website, the User agrees to this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing the User’s personal data.
2.3. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User must stop using the Website.

- SUBJECT MATTER OF PRIVACY POLICY
3.1. This Privacy Policy defines the obligations of the Website Administration to ensure confidentiality and prevent intentional disclosure of personal data provided by the User.
3.2. Purposes of processing, categories and list of personal data: Generation of a QR code for participation in the Forum (identification upon entry to the Forum, generation of electronic access cards to ensure entry to the Forum territory)
The Website Administration assumes that the User provides reliable and sufficient personal information, and promptly updates it when editing previously entered information or adding new personal details.

4.4. By agreeing to this Privacy Policy, the User grants the Website Administration his/her consent to process the personal data specified in Section 3 using all methods specified in this Privacy Policy.
4.5. The User’s Personal Data shall be stored in electronic form for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of Personal Data processing, but in any case until the end of the Forum.
In accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, the User’s Personal Data shall be destroyed upon termination of the grounds for its storage. The User’s Personal Data may be destroyed before the expiration of the above period based on the User’s written application.
4.6. Personal data shall be processed until the purposes of its processing are achieved, namely for the duration of the Website User Agreement, and after its termination – for the period required by the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation, or until the day the User submits a written application to the Website Administration to terminate the processing of the User’s personal data.
- OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
5.1. The User shall:
5.1.1. Provide correct and truthful information concerning personal data required to use the Website, and to register the User for the Forum.
5.1.2. Update or supplement the provided information concerning personal data in the event of changes in this information.
5.1.3. Take measures to protect access to his/her confidential data stored on the Website.
5.2. The Website Administration shall:
5.2.1. Use the information received solely for the purposes specified in Clause 3.2. of this Privacy Policy.
5.2.2. Not disclose the User’s personal data, except for Clause 4.2, Clause 4.3 and Clause 6.2. of this Privacy Policy.
5.2.3. Block personal data related to the respective User from the moment of a request or appeal by the User or his/her legal representative or a competent authority engaged in protecting the rights of personal data subjects for the verification period in case of detection of inaccurate personal data or illegal actions.
- LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES
6.1. The Website Administration shall be liable for the intentional disclosure of the User’s personal data in accordance with the applicable legislation, except for cases provided for in Clause 4.2, Clause 4.3 and Clause 6.2 of this Privacy Policy.
6.2. In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Website Administration will not be liable if this confidential information:
6.2.1. Has become publicly known prior to its loss or disclosure.
6.2.2. Was received from a third party prior to its receipt by the Website Administration.
6.2.3. Was obtained by third parties through unauthorized access to the Website files.
6.2.4. Was disclosed with the consent of the User.
6.3. The User shall be liable for the legality, correctness and truthfulness of the personal data provided in accordance with the applicable legislation.
6.4. The Website Administration may unilaterally amend the Privacy Policy. Amendments shall come into force from the moment they are published on the Website.
